Graduate School Educational Leadership

Educational Leadership Program: Department of Education

Educators decide to undertake a formal study of educational leadership for a variety of reasons. They also seek a variety of positions: vice principals, principals, superintendents, and administrative support personnel. To meet their diverse needs, a program must be as flexible as it is challenging.

Lewis & Clark College's Educational Leadership program offers an alternative to more traditional administrator-preparation programs. Innovative curriculum and personal attention give both aspiring and experienced administrators a useful and reflective educational experience. Small classes provide elbow-to-elbow learning with a distinguished faculty and professional colleagues.

The Educational Leadership program at the Lewis & Clark College Graduate School is particularly committed to involving more women and minorities in educational leadership and focusing on collaborative leadership.
